Before Nike would eventually go on to make this an annual release commencing in 2000. In 1999, Nike created these 'Look See' Samples which would eventually go through a few modifications before being finalized. This pair featured a red AIR midsole, white mini swoosh and an imprinted flag instead of embroidered as on the released version.
Prior to this pair being unearthed, this sample has been a unicorn. Complete with FT box and tags, they will be a true gem in any collection.
